摘  要:螺栓组联接是导弹舱段间联接的一种常用形式。针对某型号导弹关键舱段间螺栓联接结构在一定预紧力状态下的防松问题,对螺栓联接预紧力范围进行研究。首先利用螺栓强度理论与结构设计要求得到联接螺栓的初始预紧力范围值;然后,通过有限元软件对导弹舱段间螺栓联接结构进行局部有限元分析,对预紧力范围进行校核;最后,对导弹联接螺栓施加预紧力与弯矩组合载荷进行有限元分析,优化预紧力范围,并推导得出预紧力与工程安装扭矩之间的转换关系。Bolt connection is a common form of connection between missile compartment. To analyze the locking problem of preloading bolt connection between the key missile cabins (KMC), the scope of preloading of bolt connection between KFC has been under study. Firstly, according to the bolt strength theory and structure design requirements, an initial scope of pre- loading force value can be calculated. Secondly, finite element analysis software is used for the finite element analysis (FEA) of the bolt group connection of the KMC. The locally finite element model is established by means of the finite element analysis software and the initial scope of pre-tighteningforce can be check. Finally, moment load and the different preloading force is appliedto the entire missile model to get a property range of torque values and calculate the relationship between the? pre!oading force and Install torque.
