摘 要:针对整杆式甘蔗剥叶机不同剥叶元件对剥叶质量的影响程度的不同,对现有的两种剥叶元件(橡胶脂和钢丝绳)建立仿真模型,进行正交回归仿真实验分析,以找出两种不同材料的剥叶元件与剥叶质量(剥净率)的关系,得出较优的剥叶元件。仿真实验结果表明:剥叶滚筒转速对剥叶质量影响显著;在各因素的优化值:输入辊距离x1=288mm,剥叶滚筒转速x2=801r/min,输入辊转速x3=250r/min条件下,橡胶所得剥净率值50%,钢丝所得剥净率值75%。表明钢丝剥叶元件剥叶质量达到较理想效果。仿真结果与实际的试验研究分析相比较差异较小。In view of the different effects of leaf stripping component to the whole stalk sugarcane leaf stripping machine,the simulation models of two leaf stripping rubber grease s-rubber grease and wire rope were built to carry out the orthogonal regression experimental analysis, and find out the better leof stripping component with the relationship between leaf stripping element and the cleaning quality (the peeling rate ).The simulation results show that: the leaf peeling roller speed signifwantly affects the quality of leaf peeling; under the condition of input roller distance χ_1=288mm, leaf peeling roller speed χ_2=801r/ min, input roller speed under the condition of χ_3=250r/mirL Rubber grease cleaning component of the peeling rate value is 50%, while the leaf stripping component wire peeling rate value is 75%. It Indicates that the quality of leaf stripping of wire rode rubber grease is better than rubber grease rubber grease.And the simulation'results are close to the actual test results.
