摘  要:某高层住宅为16层剪力墙结构,地下室为2层,原基础采用桩基承台加防水板。基于原基础形式进行改进,采用墙下布置条形桩基承台梁的基础形式,利用有限元计算2种基础形式。在桩数减少的前提下,分析其变形、配筋、桩荷载及混凝土用量的变化情况,得出采用条形桩基承台梁基础的优势,可供类似工程参考。A high-rise building is sixteen shear-story structure,basement has two storeys,the original form of foundation consists of pile caps and water-proof slab.Improving is based on the original form of foundation,the form of pile capping beam under walls is used in the foundation,two forms of foundation are calculated by finite element method.Under the precondition of the decrese of the number of pile,deformation,reinforcement,pile load and concrete consumption are analyzed,the advantages of the foundation of pile capping beam is obtained,some suggested are proposed for reference.
