自拟芍乌汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

摘　　要：为观察自拟芍乌汤口服治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效，将78例溃疡性结肠炎患者分为治疗组40例和对照组38例，治疗组采用口服自拟芍乌汤治疗，对照组采用口服补脾益肠丸治疗。两组患者均在治疗10周后进行临床疗效比较。结果显示，两组疗效比较，治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，自拟芍乌汤口服治疗溃疡性结肠炎具有较好的临床疗效。In order to observe the clinical effect of self-designed formula of Shaowu Tang（a decoction of Chinese medicine） in the treatment of ulcerative coliti（UC）,author＇s hospital divided 78 cases of UC into treatment group （40 cases） and control group （38 cases）, gave the self-designed formula of Shaowu Tang orally to treatment group, while the oral pill of invigorating the spleen and reinforcing gut to control group;after 10 weeks of treatment compared the clinical effects of both groups. As results, the effect of treatment group was significantly superior to control group（ P〈0.05）.Results show that this decoction for treating UC has better effect.
