钛白副产物硫酸亚铁制备铁黑联产硫酸铵的研究

摘  要:采用钛白生产的副产物硫酸亚铁与氨水反应制备铁黑并联产硫酸铵,实现了硫酸亚铁的综合利用。讨论了反应的p H、硫酸亚铁含量等反应参数对铁黑性能及硫酸铵质量的影响。所制备的铁黑样品经检测,符合国标一级品标准,硫酸铵中w(N)≥21%。该工艺能大大降低钛白废酸物的处理成本。By using ferrous sulfate, the by-product of titanium dioxide production, reacts with ammonia water to prepare iron oxide black and coproduce ammonium sulfate, the comprehensive utilization of ferrous sulfate is achieved. The effect of reaction parameters including pH, content of ferrous sulfate on properties of iron oxide black and quality of ammonium sulfate is discussed. After test and examine of the iron oxide black samples prepared, the quality is up to the national standard for first class product, and in ammonium sulfate w(N) is ≥21%. This technology can greatly reduce the treatment cost for the waste acid turned out in production of titanium dioxide.
