摘　　要：介绍了天丝LF/涤混纺织物的染整工艺流程和工艺要点，包括低碱退浆、丝光、酶处理、长车染色和后整理。前处理低碱退浆工艺，丝光烧碱用量180~190 g/L，纤维素酶处理，省去原纤维化工序；染色时使用长车热熔染色，提高了生产效率；后整理易去污整理结合机械柔软，赋予织物良好的易去污功能和柔软滑腻的桃皮绒效果。The dyeing and finishing process of Tencel LF/polyester was introduced in detailed, including low alkali desizing, mercerizing, enzyme treatment, continuous dyeing and finishing. The caustic soda dosage for mercerizing was 180~190 g/L. Cellulase treatment was applied to omit chemical process of the original fibers. And continuous thermo-sol dyeing process was used to improve the production efficiency. Soil-release and machinery softening finishing were applied to impart fabric easy-cleaning property and peach-skin effect.
