红雪茶色素对改性棉织物染色工艺探讨

摘　　要：使用色媒体对棉织物进行改性,通过正交试验得出改性棉织物的最佳染色工艺。同时将媒染染色、无媒染色、改性染色织物进行了对比,对3种不同方法染色得到的织物进行染色牢度测试。结果表明,媒染剂在一定程度上改善了红雪茶色素的上染性能,色媒体的使用可以明显改善织物的表面染色深度,同时,织物的皂洗牢度和摩擦牢度也可以达到服用要求。The optimum dyeing process of cotton fabric modified with colormediawas investigated by orthogonal experiment. The mordant dyeing, non-mordant dyeing and modification dyeing for fabric were compared and the fabric fastness of three dyeing methods were measured. The results show that the mordant improves the dyeing performance of pigment;colormedia can significantly improve the color depth of the fabric, while the color fastness can meet the demand.
