印染前处理与中国标准要求

摘　　要：印染前处理对我国现行的部分强制标准、产品标准、有机产品标准、生态纺织品标准、印染布标准和湿处理色牢度标准要求会有不同影响,这些标准也左右着印染加工的前处理工艺和技术。分析了前处理对GB18401、GB/T 19630、GB/T 18885、部分产品标准及部分湿处理色牢度的相关影响,指出了满足标准要求的前处理技术要点。The current standard requirements exert different effects in pre-treatment of dyeing and finishing which include mandatory standard, product standard, organic product standard, eco-textile standard, printed and dyed fabric standard and color fastness in wet processstandard. While the pre-treatment processes and technologies were controlled by these standards. The impact of pre-treatment on the standard of GB 18401, GB/T 19630, GB/T 18885, product standards and some requirements of color fastness in wet process were analyzed. The main technical points in pretreatment meet the requirements of the standard wasindicated.
