2013年河南省入学入托儿童预防接种证查验工作情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解河南省托幼机构及小学预防接种证查验工作开展情况,提高国家免疫规划疫苗接种率,加强疫苗针对传染病的控制。方法收集河南省2013年学生入托入学查验接种证资料并进行分析。结果 2013年全省查验接种证工作覆盖168个县区,共查验学校50 396所,查验儿童3 113 354人,学校查验率99.80%,儿童查验率98.36%,持证率达到97.53%,全程接种率89.86%,补证率99.06%,补种率95.38%。结论河南省入托入学儿童预防接种证查验工作进展顺利,建议教育部门、卫生部门加强沟通合作,促进有效进行查验补种工作。Objective To understand the immunization status of the children at admission to nurseries and schools in Henan Province,so as to provide the evidence for improving the vaccination rates.Method The data of vaccination certificates of the children at admission to nurseries and schools were collected and analyzed statistically in Henan Province in 2013.Results The immunization work was carried out in 168 counties,and 50 396 schools and 3 113 354 children were inspected.The inspection rates of schools and children were 99.80%and 98.36%respectively.The possession rate of vaccination certificates was 97.53%,the rate of supplementary certificate was 99.06%,the vaccination rate of all was89.86%,and the rate of supplementary vaccinations was 95.38%.Conclusion The work of vaccination certificate inspection is progressing smoothly.It is suggested that the department of education and health should strengthen their communication and cooperation to facilitate the smooth progress of the inspection and supplementary.
