摘 要:目的探讨优质护理目标措施对化解急诊内科护理纠纷的影响。方法选取本院急诊内科332例患者为研究对象,按照时间先后分为观察组和对照组各166例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理目标措施,观察2组护理纠纷发生率、患者满意度结果观察组患者护理纠纷发生率(6.02%)明显低于对照组;患者满意度(96.99%)明显高于对照组。结论将优质护理措施应用于急诊内科护理工作中,可减少接诊、救治等环节的护理纠纷,提高患者满意度。Objective To evaluate the effects of high-quality nursing on resolving disputes in the emergency internal medicine.Methods A total of 332 patients in the emergency internal medicine department were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the precedence order,and there were 166 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given with the conventional nursing and the patients in the observation group were given with the high quality nursing measures,and the incidence of nursing disputes and patient satisfaction were observed.Results In the observation group,the incidence of nursing disputes was 6.02%,significantly lower than that in the control group,and also in the observation group,the patient satisfaction was 96.99%,significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion The high-quality nursing used in the emergency internal medicine can reduce the nursing disputes and improve the patient satisfaction.
