摘 要:低速运行控制是无传感器永磁同步电机控制系统的关键技术之一。为提高无传感器PMSM矢量控制系统的低速性能,深入研究了一种基于高频脉振电压注入的转子位置估计方法。在估计的转子参考坐标系中注入脉振的高频电压信号,通过检测IPMSM定子侧的高频电流响应并对其进行适当的信号处理,获得了估计的转子位置和转速,实现了采用高频脉振电压注入法的无传感器速度控制。仿真结果表明该方法对电机转子位置和转速都具有良好的跟踪效果,能够使电机稳定有效地运行在低速甚至零速度状态。low speed control is one of the key technology of sensorless control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor. In order to improve the sensorless PMSM vector control system performance at low speed,a rotor position estimation method based on high-frequency pulsating voltage injection is studied. Using high-frequency pulsating voltage injection method for sensorless control is that pulsating high-frequency voltage signal is injected into estimated rotor reference frame. The estimated rotor position and speed are obtained by detecting high frequency current response of the IPMSM stator side and the appropriate signal processing. Simulation results show that the method of motor rotor position and the speed have good tracking effect with stable and effective operation at low speed and zero speed.
