摘 要:目的通过对医师工作量的分析,找出造成医师工作负荷较重的原因,提出对策与建议。方法采用问卷调查法和专家咨询法收集数据,运用SPSS20.0软件进行统计分析。结果临床医师的实际工作量较大,且结合"标准工作时间"的医师工作量要大于医师的实际工作量,各科室均存在各级医师之间工作内容相互交叉的现象。结论当前临床医师的工作量较重,影响了医疗质量和医院的发展,应适当增加临床医师的合理编配,优化各级医师结构,从而保证医疗质量,促进医院可持续发展。bjective Through the analysis of physician workload, to find out the causes of physicians' heavy workload,and then to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions. Method Collecting data by using the method of questionnaire and expert consultation method, and using SPSS20.0 statistical software for statistical analysis. Result Actual workload of clinicians is in overload, and the physician workload combined with standard working time from experts is greater than their actual workload. There is work cross phenomenon among all levels of physicians in various departments. Conclusion The results show the physicians' current workload is heavy,and this influences the medical quality and the development of the hospital. The number of physicians should be added reasonably,the physician structures at all levels be optimized to guarantee the quality of medical care and promote the sustainable development of the hospital.
