降钙素原检测在感染性疾病临床诊断中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的探讨降钙素原检测(PCT)在感染性疾病临床诊治中的应用价值。方法选取武汉市科技大学附属天佑医院2013年2月至2014年3月接诊的86例感染性疾病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果两组患者经实验室血清PCT检测,结果显示病毒组患者的血清PCT阴性率为73.33%,阳性率为26.67%;细菌组患者的血清PCT阴性率为32.14%,阳性率为67.86%。结论在感染性疾病诊疗中检测患者的血清PCT值,可用于鉴别感染类型、指导临床用药,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical value of procalcitonin（ PCT） on clinical diagnosis and treatment of infection disease. Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with infectious diseases in our hospital from February 2013 to March 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Results In the virus group,the serum PCT negative rate was 73. 33%,and the positive rate was26. 67%. In the bacterial group, the serum PCT negative rate was 32. 14%, and the positive rate was 67. 86%.Conclusion During the diagnosis and treatment of patients with infectious diseases,the detection of serum PCT value,can be used to identify infection types,and to guide the clinical medication,so it has high clinical value.
