荨麻疹患者检测幽门螺旋杆菌现症感染的临床意义

摘　　要：[目的]探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与荨麻疹发病的关系,为荨麻疹患者诊断治疗提供有利的科学依据。[方法]收集本院的170例荨麻疹患者血常规标本,其中包括87例急性荨麻疹患者和83例慢性荨麻疹患者,并随机抽取50例健康体检者作对照,均进行Hp现症感染的检测,进行统计学分析。[结果]急性荨麻疹患者87例中有37例Hp现症感染阳性,阳性率为42.53%;慢性荨麻疹患者83例中有56例Hp现症感染阳性,阳性率为67.47%;正常对照组50例中有18例Hp现症感染阳性,阳性率为36.00%。急性荨麻疹组与正常对照组间Hp现症感染阳性率差异无统计学意义,慢性荨麻疹组与正常对照组间Hp现症感染阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),急性荨麻疹组与慢性荨麻疹组间Hp现症感染阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]对于病因不明的荨麻疹患者,应检测其血清或血浆中的Hp现症感染,若检测结果为阳性,在给予对症治疗的情况下,应给予抗Hp感染的治疗。[Objective]To investigate the relationship of Helicobacter pylori infection and urticaria so as to provides scientific evidence for the treatment of urticaria patients.[Methods]One hundred and seventy cases of urticaria patients including 87 acute urticaria patients and 83 chronic urticaria patients were collected,as well as 50 cases of the healthy in control group.All were detected for Helicobacter pylori antibody,and the results were analyzed statistically.[Results]The positive rate of Hp infection was 42.53%（37/87）in the acute urticaria patients,67.47%（56/83）in the chronic urticaria patients,36.00%（18/50）in the healthy control group.The difference between the acute urticaria patients and the control were not significant.The positive rates between the chronic urticaria patients and the healthy control group showed statistically significant difference（P〈0.01）.The positive rates between the acute urticaria patients and the chronic urticaria patients showed statistically significant difference（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]For the urticaria patients with unknown pathogen,Hp infection should be examed.Hp-infection-positive with urticaria patients should be treated with anti-Hp treatment other than the conventional therapy.
