摘 要:目的了解和掌握上海市杨浦区家蝇对常用卫生杀虫剂的抗药性水平。方法点滴法。结果家蝇对高效氯氰菊酯产生低等抗药性,对溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯、残杀威和甲基嘧啶磷产生高等抗药性。结论杨浦区家蝇对5种常用杀虫剂均产生不同程度的抗药性,建议加强科学合理用药,同时辅以环境治理或物理防治措施,降低蝇类密度,减少杀虫剂使用量,推迟或延缓蝇类抗药性产生。Objective To study resistance level of Musca domestica to insecticides in Yangpu district of Shanghai city. Methods Topical application. Results Musca domestica had developed low resistance to beta -cyper- methrin , and high resistance to dehamethrin, permethrin, propoxur and pirimiphos -methyl. Conclusions Musca domestica had different resistant levels to 5 kinds of insecticides in Yangpu district. It is suggested that insecticides should be used scientifically, environmental management or physical control measures were taken at the same time, reduce the flies'density and the amount of insecticides, to delay the production of resist- ante.
