摘　　要：目的掌握保定市2011-2012年流行性感冒(简称流感)流行趋势与流感病毒型别分布情况,为流感防制提供科学依据。方法依托中国流感监测信息系统,按照《全国流感监测方案》的要求进行流行病学和病原学监测。结果2011-2012年保定市流感哨点医院共监测流感样病例(ILI)2 964例,占门诊就诊比例为1.06%,主要集中在15岁以下儿童(87.96%)。流感病毒核酸检测咽拭子标本762份,阳性104份,阳性率为13.65%;乙型98份,占阳性标本的94.23%;甲3与A未分型各1份。分离到乙型流感病毒58株,分离率为12.31%,其中Victoria系占86.21%,其他为Yamagata系。结论 2011-2012年保定市流感样病例以15岁以下少年儿童为主,流感流行高峰为2月,先后出现乙型、甲3、A未分型流感病毒的流行,乙型Victoria系为优势毒株。Objective To investigate the influenza activity and viruses type in Baoding during 2011 -2012, to provide scientific basis for the prevention of influenza. Methods Based on the National influenza surveillance information system, epidemiological and etiological surveillance on influenza - like illness cases was conduc- ted in accordance with the demand of National Influenza Surveillance Program. Results A total of 2964 influ- enza - like illness cases were monitored in Baoding during the period of 2011 - 2012, visiting percentage of ILI cases in the sentinel hospitals was 1. 06 % , and the cases were mainly concentrated in children under 15 years of age （87.96%） . Influenza virus nucleic acid was detected by PCR in 762 throat swab specimens, 104 cases were positive , with the positive rate of 13.65 % , 98 were influenza B virus, accounting for 94.23% of positive spicemens, I each for influenza Untype A virus and influenza B virus respective. 58 strains of influenza virus were isolated, with the isolation rate of 12.31%, Victoria was 86. 21%, the other was Yamagata. Conclusions The most of ILI were children under 15 years of age, peak of epidemic of influen- za was in February, Influenza B, H3N2 and Untype A were co - circulating; Victoria of influenza B was pre- dominant strain.
