摘　　要：目的为了保证实验室分析结果的准确性,不断提高HIV抗体检测实验室的检测能力。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法和免疫印迹法(隔夜孵育)对质控品血清盲样进行检测。结果建立了一套完整的、可行的质量控制体系,从而保证每次HIV抗体检测结果的正确性。结论按质控要求做好室内质控,在平时工作中注意各个环节的细节问题,加强试剂储存和仪器的维护保养,严格按照说明书和操作规程操作,以保证检测结果的准确可靠。Objective In order to ensure the accuracy of the laboratory analysis results, and constantly improve the ability of detecting HIV testing laboratory. Methods Using enzyme - linked immunosorbent method and western blot method （overnight incubation） to test the serum blind quality product. Results Established a set of complete and feasible quality control system, to ensure the correctness of the HIV antibody test results every time. Conclusions By indoor quality control to quality control requirements, pay attention to the details of each part in the work at ordinary times, strengthen the reagent storage and equipment maintenance, in strict accordance with the specifications and operating procedures, to ensure accuracy of test results.
