摘　　要：如何对大量既有房屋的使用安全进行有效管理,是全社会面临的一项重大课题。在广泛调研的基础上,从公共建筑入手,研究开发了公共建筑健康档案管理系统。该系统平台共分房屋基本信息、健康普查、动态管理、安全鉴定、健康报告、GIS管理、预警管理、统计查询、系统管理等9大模块,通过网络平台,实现了公共建筑房屋安全的信息化管理,取得了良好的效果。It is a great subject to control the safety of massive buildings in a efficient way. Based on the wide investigation,the health records information management system for public building is established in this paper. This system includes the following nine aspects： basic information,health screening,dynamic management,safety appraisal,health report,GIS management,forewarning management,statistics inquiry,system management. The information management on public building safety was realized and achieved good effect by the net platform.
