摘　　要：针对北京市东南四环中水工程某标段中PCCP施工过程质量控制进行分析,从施工工艺及易存在质量隐患点出发,分析管道横向位移过大,竖向角度不易控制准确,吊装方式吊点位置等问题在安装过程中的质量控制,特别是对采用单点吊装拼装的研究,为今后城市中PCCP施工提供技术支持。Aimed at certain water project in the southeast 4th ring blocks of PCCP construction,analyzed its quality control process,from the hidden trouble in quality construction technology and easy point,made analysis of the horizontal oversize displacement,uneasy to control the vertical angle accurately,hoisting way lifting point location,etc. and the quality control in the process of installation,especially the study of using single point hoisting assembly could provide technical support for future construction of PCCP in the city.
