血清CA125水平与慢性充血性心力衰竭病情的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清CA125水平与病情严重程度的相关性。方法:129例CHF患者按NYHA分级标准分为心功能Ⅱ级组(54例)、Ⅲ级组(47例)和Ⅳ级组(28例),并选取心功能正常者40例作为对照组,比较4组患者血清CA125、CEA、CA199、CA153及B型脑钠肽(BNP)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)的差异有无统计学意义;血清CA125与BNP、LVEF进行相关回归分析。结果:4组患者的血清CA125及血浆BNP、LVEF比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);4组患者的血清CEA、CA199及CA153比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。患者血清CA125与BNP呈正相关。结论:CHF患者血清CA125水平可以反应CHF病情的严重程度,具有重要的临床意义。Objective：To explore the relationship between severity of heart function impairment and the serumCA125 levels in patients with chronic congestive heart failure（CHF）.Method：129patients with CHF were divided into heart function gradeⅡ group（54cases）,gradeⅢ group（47cases）and gradeⅣ group（28cases）according to the criterion of NYHA.40 cases of normal heart function were enrolled as a control group.The serum level of carbohydrate antigen 125（CA125）,CEA,CA199,CA153,B-type natriuretic peptide（BNP）and left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）were compared respectively among the four groups.Moreover,the relationship between the serum-CA125 levels and BNP,LVEF were assessed by Pearson regression analyses.Result：There were significant differences among the four groups in the serum level of CA125,BNP and LVEF（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the serum level of CEA,CA199 and CA153（P〈0.05）.The serum level of CA125 was significantly correlated with BNP.Conclusion：The serum level of CA125 has an important clinic value to react the severity of patients with CHF.
