综合护理在支气管哮喘中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理在支气管哮喘患者中的临床应用。方法78例支气管哮喘患者随机分为综合护理组和对照组各39例。综合护理组对护理实践中的主要问题进行综合护理干预，对照组则按内科呼吸系统疾病常规护理。结果综合护理组的症状改善情况、相关知识掌握情况高于常规对照组，哮喘复发率和住院天数综合护理组低于常规对照组。结论运用综合护理可以系统而科学地解决支气管哮喘患者的护理问题，减少支气管哮喘复发和并发症的发生，提高临床治疗效果，改善患者预后。Objective To study the clinical application of comprehensive nursing in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 78 cases of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into comprehensive nursing group and control group with 39 cases in each group. The patients in comprehensive nursing group were given comprehensive nursing intervention to deal with the main problem during nurs- ing practice, the control group was given routine nursing of respiratory diseases. Results Compared to control group, the patients symptoms in comprehensive nursing .group were improved better, as well as the master of related knowledge. But the asthmatic recurrence rate and length of hospital stay of comprehensive nursing group were lower than those of control group. Conclusions The comprehensive nursing sys- tem could scientificly solve the nursing problems of patients with bronchial asthma, decrease recurrence rate and complications appearance of bronchial asthma, improve the clinical treatment effect and the prognosis of patients.
