摘　　要：目的调查牡丹江市社区居民糖尿病心肌病(DCM)患病情况及其危险因素。方法 2013年采用多阶段随机整群抽样方法在牡丹江市4个区随机抽取2个区,每个区再随机抽取2个街道,每个街道再随机抽取1个社区,共调查2 452人。调查方法为问卷调查、常规体检和实验室检查,统计DCM患病率并对其相关因素进行单因素和多因素非条件Logistic回归分析。结果牡丹江市社区居民糖尿病患病率为8.5%(208/2 452),DCM患病率为1.6%(40/2 452),糖尿病患者中DCM患病率为19.2%(40/208);多因素非条件Logistic回归分析结果显示,吸烟史、饮酒史、心肌梗死病史及血脂异常是DCM发生的主要危险因素。结论 DCM在牡丹江市社区居民中相对常见,吸烟、饮酒、血脂异常及心肌梗死是DCM的主要危险因素。Objective To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of diabetic cardiomyopathy among community residents in Mudanjiang. Methods From January to December in 2013,a multi-stage random cluster sampling method was used to select two districts from four districts in Mudanjiang, and two streets were randomly from the two districts, two communities were randomly selected from the two streets,a total of 2 452 residents were finally enrolled. Questionnaire survey, physical examination and laboratory diagnosis were carried out to investigate the prevalence of diabetic cardiomyopathy,single and multiple unconditional Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the risk factors of diabetic cardiomyopathy. Results The prevalence of diabetes was 8. 5% （ 208/2 452 ）, that of diabetic cardiomyopathy was 1. 6% （ 40/2 452 ）, and diabetic cardiomyopathy accounted for 19. 2% in residentd with diabetes. Multiple unconditional Logistic regression analysis showed that, smoking,drinking, myocardial infarction and dyslipidemia were risk factors of diabetic cardiomyopathy （ P ﹤ 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Diabetic cardiomyopathy is relatively common in community residents in Mudanjiang, smoking, drinking, myocardial infarction and dyslipidemia are risk factors of diabetic cardiomyopathy.
