摘　　要：一、发展背景 自从1999年清华大学学生首开大学生创业先河——创建北京市视美乐科技发展有限公司，大学生创业热在全国迅速蔓延。自主创业，作为大学生实现就业、体现人生价值的重要途径，不仅可以充分发挥大学生的创造性和开拓性，为社会经济发展做出贡献，而且可以有效缓解大学毕业生就业压力，拓宽就业渠道，因而受到了政府、社会和高效的多方关注和广泛认可。College students are equipped with reprepreneurship advanced knowledge and technology, the entrepreneurial behavior of them is more meaningful to the whole society. The research on entrepreneurship starts relatively late in China, and study on the service system of college studets＇ entrepreneurship is still at a developing stage. In contrast, the service system of college students＇entrepreneurship in America is mature. Therefore, this paper analyzed the part pf success of service system of college students＇ entrepreneruship from the angle of comparison and put forward some suggestions to improve the service system of college students＇ entrepreneurship in China.
