磷霉素氨丁三醇散联合头孢曲松治疗小儿急性化脓性中耳炎的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究磷霉素氨丁三醇散联合头孢曲松治疗小儿急性化脓性中耳炎的疗效。方法选择2012年5月—2013年5月在唐山市协和医院治疗的54例患耳不伴有鼓膜穿孔的小儿急性化脓性中耳炎患儿,随机分成试验组(29例)及对照组(25例)。试验组给予口服磷霉素氨丁三醇散联合头孢曲松治疗,对照组单纯给予头孢曲松治疗,两组患儿均治疗7d。比较治疗第3天、第5天、第7天两组的疗效。结果治疗第3天、第5天、第7天试验组疗效均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿均未见药物不良反应。结论磷霉素氨丁三醇散联合头孢曲松治疗小儿急性化脓性中耳炎的疗效确切安全。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of phosphate tromethamine dispersion combined with ceftriaxone in the treatment of children with suppurative otitis media. Methods A total of 54 cases of children with suppurative otitis media without tympanic membrane perforation in Xiehe Hospital of Tangshan from May 2012 to May 2013 were selected,they were randomly divided into experimental group（ 29 cases） and control group（ 25 cases）. The experimental group was treated with phosphate tromethamine dispersion combined with ceftriaxone; Control group was simply given ceftriaxone treatemnt,two groups were treated for 7 days. The clinical efficacy of treatment for 3 days,5 days,7 days between the two groups were compared. Results The clinical efficacy of treatment for 3 days,5 days,7 days in experimental group were better than control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Two groups of children with drug adverse reaction was not found. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of phosphate tromethamine dispersion combined with ceftriaxone in the treatment of children with suppurative otitis media are sure and safe.
