我院2013年门诊处方用药分析与评价

摘　　要：目的了解我院门诊不合理用药处方情况,进一步促进临床合理用药。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法获得2013年我院待评价处方1200份张,采用调查表的形式收集信息,利用SPSS软件进行统计与分析。结果经统计,本次抽取的1200张门诊处方中份门诊处方中,不合理用药处方为134张(11.2%),其中,不合理用药的类型涉及用药间隔不合理(9.4%),适应证不符(1.4%),超剂量(3.0%),重复用药(1.2%)。结论我院门诊用药处方基本合理,但仍存在少数不合理用药现象,主要为用药间隔不合理、适应证不符、超剂量、重复用药,因此应加强对这方面的干预。Objective To discuss analyze the non-rational drug use in of outpatient prescriptions in our hospital in2013,which was in order to promote the rational drug usageuse. Methods A total of 1200 outpatient evaluation of the prescriptions were collected by stratified random sampling With the method of random sampling in our hospital in 2013 were getted,with the form of questionnaire was used to to collectgather related information,SPSS statistical software was used to analyze the data Statistics and analysis by SPSS statistical software. Results Out of the 1200 prescriptions,There were 134（ 11. 2%） prescriptions were not non-rational prescription in outpatient prescription,,among these,there were types oincluding f irrational use of drugs involved in medication unreasonable intervals（ 9. 4%）, indications discrepancies（ 1. 4%）, super-dose（ 3. 0%）,repeated drug use（ 1. 2%）. Conclusion Conclusion Most outpatient prescriptions are rational in our hospital in2013 Our outpatient prescription is reasonable,among these,but a few of outpatient prescriptions are not rational,including including irrational medication intervals,indications discrepancies,super-dose,repeated use,which should beunreasonable phenomenon,with unreasonable to interval, indications discrepancies, super-dose, repeated drug, so hospital should strengthen the intervened. ntion of this aspect.
