摘　　要：目的探讨用镜体直接分离建立后腹腔的方法(IUPU)与自制气囊两种建腔方式用于单孔单通道后腹腔镜肾囊肿手术中的综合疗效及安全性差异。方法将208例肾囊肿患者随机分为试验组和对照组各104例。试验组以IUPU法建立后腹腔经腹腔镜肾囊肿手术切除术,对照组经自制气囊法腹腔镜下肾囊肿手术切除术。观察2组手术情况、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组建腔时长短于对照组,手术时长长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组术中出血量、术后引流时间、术后住院时间及术后24h疼痛评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组总有效率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应总发生率虽高于对照组,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自制气囊建腔在单孔单通道后腹腔镜肾囊肿手术中的治疗效果较IUPU方式优越,且安全性无明显减退。Objective To comparative observe the clinical effect of IUPU and homemade built cavity mode balloon in hole single-channel retroperitoneoscopic renal cyst surgery. Methods 208 patients with renal cyst were randomly divided into test group and control group, each of 104 cases. Test group adopted IUPU, and control group adopted homemade balloon meth- od. After treatment, compared the built chamber time, surgery duration, blood loss, time after pulling drainage tube postoperative hospital stay, postoperative 24h pain scores of 2 groups. Results The built chamber time of test time was shorter than that of control group, and surgery duration was longer than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The blood loss, time after pulling drainage tube ,postoperative hospital stay and postoperative 24 pain scores of 2 groups has no statistically significant（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Total effective rate of the test group lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The adverse reactions incidence of test group was higher than that of control group, the difference was no statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The clinical effect of homemade balloon built chamber in hole-channel laparoscopie renal cyst sur- gery is better than that of IUPU, and security without significantly diminished.
