摘 要:在石油开采中,油井产量的计量是油田生产管理中一项重要的基础工作,对油井产量进行准确、及时的计量并进行油井举升能耗与效率分析,对于掌握油藏状况,制定生产方案,具有重要的指导意义。本文的研究基于准确进行油井产量计算进而提高油田生产管理水平的目的,利用无线示功仪采集实测功图数据,采用数学迭代方法计算出井下抽油泵处的泵功图,通过示功图和泵功图判断出油井的凡尔开闭点,根据有效冲程来计量油井产量,并进行油井举升能耗与效率分析。通过与油田设置的计量站的数据对比,量油精确度达到93%以上,有效提高了有杆抽油系统的单井产量计算的精确度。In oil exploitatlon, the oil production measurement is an important and foundational work for the oilfield production management, and has the guiding significance not only for the accurate and timely measurement of oil well production and analysis of oil well lifting energy consumption and efficiency, also for mastering reservoir condition and making production plan. The purpose of this research is based on measuring the oil well production correctly and improving the oilfield production management level. The research of this text is through wireless indicator instrument which is used to collect the data of measured surface dynamometer card, mathematical iteration method adopted to calculate the downhole pump indicator diagrams, and according to the indicator diagram and pump indicator diagrams to tell the valve opening and closing point, the effective stroke to measure oil well production and energy consumption of oil well lifting and efficiency analysis. The method can effectively improve the single oilwell production measuring precision of sucker rod pumping system above 93% through comparing with the data of oilfield measuring stations.
