摘　　要：带式输送机滚筒制造受设备的限制经常在三辊轴卷板机上滚制,滚制过程中须留有压头,浪费材料。现改进制造专用模具,对卷板材两端直接进行预弯。Company used belt conveyor rollers fabrication equipment limitation often rolled in three roller bending machine, rolling process must have the pressure head, waste materials. We improved the production mold, treat the roll plate ends directly pre bending.
