摘　　要：介绍了一种应用于刨煤机工作面自动喷雾系统的算法和实现,该系统主要实现了刨头位置计算和自动跟机喷雾两大功能,并具备远程集中操控功能。系统采用进口高性能PLC实现,算法合理简单,开发周期短,可靠性高,成本相对较低,并预留出与井下其他系统集成接口。通过实验表明,该系统运行速度快,功能完善,操作和维护方便。The article is about an algorithm and realization of automatic spray system applied in working face of the coal plough. The system mainly implements functions of calculating the head position of the coal plough,automatic following spraying,and remote centralized control. The system is adopted imported high performance PLC,possesses simple algorithm,short developmental cycle,high reliability and low cost.Its integration interfaces connected with other underground systems are set aside.Its experiments showed that the system has fast speed,perfect functions,and convenient operation and maintenance.
