摘 要:兰兴煤矿2201工作面是为了回收旧房式开采所遗留的煤柱,工作面前方存在多条空巷,条件比较复杂。通过实际观测,工作面老顶的初次来压步距为30 m,周期来压步距为12 m。用实测统计法,计算出液压支架的额定工作阻力为4 297 k N/架,并用有限元软件FLAC3D模拟计算,得出液压支架的额定工作阻力为4 166.67 k N/架。实测统计法与模拟计算法得出的结果差距不大。因此,结合这两种方法可以对过空巷群残煤复采时液压支架的额定工作阻力进行确定。The purpose of the 2201 working face which was being stoped by Lanxing mine was to recycle the left mine pillar in the mining of old type, while there were many abandoned workings in front of the working face so the condition of mining was very complex. The initial weighting pace of main roof was 30 m, and the periodical weighting pace was 12 m by actual observation. The rating working resistance of per hydraulic support is 4 297 k N by measured statistics, and then it was accurate to 4 166.67 k N by FEM software FLAC3 D, so the gap in data from two measuring methods was small. Therefore, the combination of two methods can be used to conform the rating working resistance of hydraulic support in the residual coal mining passed through empty roadway group.
