摘　　要：目的观察GATA-3和T-bet在妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘及血清中的表达情况,探讨GATA-3和Tbet与妊娠期高血压疾病的相关性。方法选择子痫前期及子痫孕妇47例,根据病情将其分为轻度子痫前期组11例,重度子痫前期组18例,子痫期组18例;另选择同期正常妊娠晚期孕妇20例作为正常妊娠组。采用免疫组织化学法与酶联免疫吸附试验法测定各组胎盘及血清中GATA-3与T-bet的表达水平并进行比较。结果在妊娠期高血压疾病患者及正常妊娠者胎盘及血清中GATA-3和T-bet均有表达。与妊娠期高血压疾病各组比较,正常妊娠组胎盘及血清中GATA-3水平最高,T-bet水平最低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);妊娠期高血压疾病各组胎盘及血清中GATA-3随着病情加重表达量逐渐降低,T-bet随着病情加重表达量逐渐增高,各组间两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论胎盘及血清中GATA-3和T-bet的表达与妊娠期高血压疾病的发病及严重程度密切相关。Objective To observe the expression of GATA-3 and T-bet in both placenta and blood serum of patients with hypertensive disorder during pregnancy and to investigate the relationship between the GATA-3,T-bet and the hypertensive disorder during pregnancy. Methods A total of 47 patients who suffered from preeclampsia or eclampsia disorder during pregnancy were divided into three groups： gestational hypertension group（11 patients）,severe preeclampsia group（18 patients） and eclampsia group（18 patients）. 20 normal pregnant women were chosen as normal pregnancy group. Immunohistochemistry and ELISA were used to examine the placenta and blood serum expression of GATA-3 and T-bet. Results GATA-3 and T-bet were expressed in placenta and serum of patients with hypertensive disorders during pregnancy and normal pregnancy. The levels of GATA-3 in the placenta and serum were the highest and T-bet was the lowest in normal pregnancy group,and differences between the normal pregnancy group and hypertensive disorders group were significant（P〈 0. 01）. Placenta and blood serum of GATA-3 in the 3 groups of gestational hypertension patients decreased as the condition deteriorated,but Tbet concentration increased as the condition deteriorated,and the differences among the three groups showed significant difference（P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion The expressions of GATA-3,T-bet in placenta and blood serum are closely related to hypertensive disorders during pregnancy and degree of severity.
