摘 要:添加降凝剂是改善原油低温流动性、提升管道安全性的主要途径,而纳米降凝剂因其结构的特殊性降凝降黏效果更好,稳定性更强,适用的含蜡原油范围更宽。任京输油管道通过添加纳米降凝剂,实现了高碑店热力越站,且在低于规程规定的输量下运行,大幅降低了管道运行能耗。两次停输再启动试验结果表明:在7―9月试验工况条件下,添加纳米降凝剂延长了任京输油管道的安全停输时间,大幅降低管道运行能耗的同时,提高了管道运行的安全性。Pour point depressant(PPD) is a major option to improve low-temperature flowability of crude oil and enhance pipeline safety,especially nanometer PPD which can be used more efficiently and stably to depress pour point and viscosity of a wider range of waxy crude oil.By adding nanometer PPD,the Gaobeidian Pump Station of Renqiu-Beijing Oil Pipeline realized the non-heating operation at a throughput lower than that specified,so that the energy consumption in pipeline operation reduced significantly.Two shutdown and restart tests show that under the experimental conditions from July to September,adding nanometer PPD helped to extend the safe shutdown time of Renqiu-Beijing Oil Pipeline,largely reduce the energy consumption and also improve the pipeline operation security.
