品管圈活动应用于维持性血液透析患者的内瘘维护

摘　　要：目的提高血液透析患者动静脉内瘘的使用质量,减少穿刺并发症,延长使用寿命。方法成立品管圈,通过对患者内瘘的维护责任到人、提高穿刺技术、正确预防和处理内瘘使用并发症,比较内瘘使用效果和患者的满意度。结果品管圈活动降低了内瘘使用并发症的发生率,提高了患者的满意度,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论品管圈活动有效的维护了内瘘的使用寿命,提高了圈员的责任心和穿刺成功率,加强了团结协作精神。Objective To improve the using quality of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients,reduce puncture complications and prolong its service life.Methods Set up quality control circles,and through the fistula in each patient＇s maintenance responsibility to the people,improve the piercing technology,correct prevention and treatment in fistula using complications,more internal fistula using effect and patient satisfaction.Results Within the quality management circle activity decreased fistula using the incidence of complications,improve patient satisfaction,comparison was statistically significant,（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Quality management circle activity within the effective maintenance of the service life of the fistula,improves the circle part of the sense of responsibility and puncture success rate,strengthened the unity cooperation spirit.
