腰椎间盘突出症康复理疗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察和分析运用康复理疗治疗腰间盘突出症患者的临床疗效。方法把我院收治的腰突症患者150例随机分组,分成现代康复理疗组(现代理疗对照组)、传统中医针灸推拿按摩组(传统理疗对照组)和现代康复理疗联合传统中医针灸推拿按摩治疗组(试验组),各50例,比较各组治疗后疗效。结果试验组患者的各种腰间盘突出症状体征改善情况要明显优于其他两个对照组,差异显著,总有效率达92%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腰突症患者用现代康复医学理疗联合传统中医针灸推拿按摩治疗,能收到良好的治疗效果。Objective To observe and analysis using rehabilitation physiotherapy treatment between the waist dish outstanding disease clinical curative effect of patients.Methods Our hospital of the lumbar disease patients 150 cases randomly assigned,divided into modern rehabilitation therapy group of modern physical therapy（control group）,traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and massage massage group（traditional therapy group）and modern rehabilitation therapy with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and massage massage therapy group（treatment group）,50 cases each,comparison between groups after treatment curative effect.Results In patients with a variety of trial between the waist dish outstanding symptoms and signs improved significantly better than the other two comparison groups,significant difference,the total effective rate was 92%,statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Patients with waist suddenly sickness with modern rehabilitation medicine physical therapy with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and massage massage therapy,can get good treatment effect.
