单侧多功能外固定支架与钛板内固定治疗前臂骨折的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的单侧多功能外固定支架与钛板内固定治疗前臂骨折的临床效果。方法对2007年9月至2010年9月124例前臂骨折患者采取两种固定方法的临床治疗（即单侧多功能外固定支架与钛板内固定）,随访6-18个月。结果所有患者均骨性愈合,按照术后临床（功能）恢复标准,优良率分别为93%、95%,统计学无明显差异。结论利用这两种方法治疗前臂骨折都能取得好的疗效,它们各有优势。Objective To observe clinical effect of treating forearm fractures with hemi-multifunctional external fixation and titanium plate internal fixation.Method From September 2007 to September 2010,a total of 124 new forearm fracture patients were treated with hemi-multifunctional external fixation and titanium plate internal fixation and followed up for 6 months to 18 months.Result Bone healing could be seen in all of them.According to the standard of clinical（function）recovery after operation,the excellent rate was 93% and 95% respectively.There were no significant differences in statistics.Conclusion Both of the treatments are effective on forearm fractures and each of them has its own advantages.
