摘　　要：目的采用逆行交锁髓内钉和解剖型锁定钢板治疗股骨远端骨折的内固定方法和临床疗效。方法采用逆行交锁髓内钉和解剖型锁定钢板内固定治疗股骨远端骨折39例,植骨12例。结果 39例随访6-32个月,全部骨性愈合。术后功能按HSS评定标准,优良率达89.7%。结论股骨远端骨折按AO分型,采用逆行交锁髓内钉治疗A型骨折,解剖型锁定钢板治疗B、C型骨折,具有符合生物力学特点、坚强的内固定、恢复下肢力线和关节面解剖复位,术后早期功能锻炼,关节功能恢复好,并发症少等优点。是目前治疗股骨远端骨折较理想的内固定方法。Objective With retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail andanatomical locking fixing methods and clinical effect ofplate in treatment of distal femoral fractures.Method With retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail and anatomical locking plate fixation in treatment of distal femoral fractures in 39 cases,12 cases of bone graft.Results 39 cases were followed up for 6-32 months,all the fractures healed.The postoperative function is evaluated according to HSS standard,the excellent and good rate was 89.7%.Conclusion The distal femur fracture according to AO classification,treatment of type A fracture with retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail,anatomical locking plate in the treatment of B,C type fracture,accord with thebiomechanical characteristics,strong fixation,restore the line of force of the lower limbs and anatomical reduction of the articular surface,early postoperative functional exercise,joint function recovered well,etc.less complications.Treatment of distal femoral fracturesis an ideal internal fixation method.
