阿托伐他汀钙对冠心病心力衰竭患者心功能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的观察分析阿托伐他汀钙对冠心病心力衰竭患者心功能的作用。方法选取2012年1月至2014年1月我院收治的64例冠心病心力衰竭患者,随机均分为A、B两组。A组患者予以常规治疗方法,B组患者在基础治疗同时服用小剂量阿托伐他汀钙。6周后测评患者血浆BNP、血清高敏C反应蛋白、6 min步行试验水平,同时超声心动图测量患者左心室射血分数。结果 A、B组患者治疗后所有测试情况均有所改善,A组治疗有效率62.50%,远低于B组87.50%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀钙能够显著提升冠心病心力衰竭患者的心功能,取得良好的临床治疗效果,值得广泛推广使用以改善广大患者的生活质量。Objective This paper makes research on the function of Atorvastatin Calcium in patients with coronary heart disease（CHD）heart failure.Methods Randomly assigning 64 patients with coronary heart disease（CHD）heart failure treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014,and dividing into A,B two groups.A group of patients are treated with conventional treatment,B group of patients take small doses of atorvastatin calcium on the basis of conventional treatment.Six weeks later,measuring patients＇ plasma BNP,serum high-sensitivity c-reactive protein,6 minutes walking test,at the same time,measuring patients＇ left ventricular ejection fraction by echocardiography.Results Both A,B group of patients were improved after treatment to different degree,treatment effectiveness of group A is 62.50%,far lower than the group B 87.50%,the difference between groups with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium can significantly improve cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease（CHD）heart failure,which obtains good clinical effect,therefore,it is worth popularizing widely for the improvement of the patient＇s quality of life.
