单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合热毒宁治疗轮状病毒性肠炎80例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合热毒宁注射液治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎疗效。方法将80例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用单磷酸阿糖腺苷注射液5 mg/(kg·d),热毒宁注射液0.5 m L/(kg·d)静脉注射,每天1次,疗程3 d。观察两组患儿的治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率92.5%,对照组总有效率72.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单磷酸阿糖腺苷联合热毒宁注射液治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效显著。Objective To observe the curative effect of Vidarabine monophosphate combined Reduning Injection in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis.Methods 80 cases of rotavirus enteritis,were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The control group was given conventional treatment,the treatment group in the conventional treatment combined with Vidarabine monophosphate Injection for diagnosis 5 mg/（kg·d） Reduning injection 0.5 m L/（kg·d）,intravenous injection,1 times a day,3 days a course of treatment.To observe the therapeutic effect of two groups of children.Results Treatment group total effectiveness 92.5%,the comparison group total effectiveness 72.5%,two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Vidarabine monophosphate Reduning Injection in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis were.
