中药内服灌肠外加针灸治疗慢性盆腔炎78例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药内服灌肠外加针灸治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果。方法选用2010年1月至2014年6月来我院治疗并符合慢性盆腔炎诊断标准的78例患者,采用汤药内服灌肠外加针灸相结合的方法,对比78例患者治疗前后症候体征表现、免疫学检测和C反应蛋白的系统检测。结果慢性盆腔炎治疗有效率达到了94.9%,免疫学监测结果表明,治疗后免疫力明显提高,CRP在治疗前后对比,由治疗前的(47.8±12.8)下降到治疗后的(10.3±5.7)。结论内服中药外加针灸治疗慢性盆腔炎有较好的疗效,具有重要的临床意义。Objective Observation of oral Chinese medicine and enema puls acupuncture in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation effect.Methods From January 2010 to June 2014,the selection of 78 patients in our hospital and in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,by herbal oral administration and enema puls Acupuncture combined method,syndrome symptoms and immunological detection and C reactive protein before and after treatment of 78 cases of patients with contrast detection.Results Treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease effective rate reached 94.9%,the monitoring results of immunology show that immunity is improved obviously after the treatment,CRP in before and after the treatment,by prior treatment of the（47.8＋12.8）drops to the after treatment of（10.3＋5.7）.Conciusion Herbal oral administration and enema puls acupuncture in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has good curative effect,and has important clinical significance.
