摘　　要：目的研究埃兹蛋白(Ezrin)在胃腺癌及淋巴结转移灶中的表达并分析与临床病理因素的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测胃腺癌及其淋巴结转移灶、正常胃黏膜组织中的表达并统计分析与临床病理因素的关系。结果 Ezrin在胃腺癌及淋巴结转移灶的表达高于正常胃黏膜(P<0.05),在浸润浆膜层组、淋巴结有转移组、Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的表达高于无浆膜层浸润组、无淋巴结转移组及Ⅰ~Ⅱ期(P<0.05),在原发灶及淋巴结转移灶表达有正相关性(r=0.531,P<0.05)。结论 Ezrin的表达与胃腺癌浸润转移有关,检测Ezrin对判断预后有参考价值。Objective To explore the expression of Ezrin protein in gastric carcinoma and lymph node metastasis and the correlation with clinic pathological characteristics .Methods Immunohistochemistry method was taken to detect the expression of Ezrin protein in gastric carcinoma , lymph node metastasis and normal tissues of mucous membrane .And analyzed the correlations between expression of Ezrin and clinic pathological factors . Results The intensity ratios were higher in gastric carcinoma and lymph node metastasis tissues than in normal tissues from mucous membrane .The intensity ratios were higher in lymph node metastasis , filtration into serosa coat and III^IV stage groups than in none lymph node metastasis ,none infiltration into serosa coat and I ~II stage groups （P〈0.05）.The expression of Ezrin in lymph node metastasis was positively correlated with the expression in gastric carcinoma（r=0.56,P〈0.05）.Conclusions The expression of Ezrin was correlated with invasion and metastasis of sdenocarcinoma of stomach .It s detection was valuable for predicting prognosis .
