普通电极与球囊漂浮电极的临床对比研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨普通电极与球囊漂浮电极在临时起搏应用中的临床差异。方法选择2006年1月至2014年6月我院收治的因缓慢性心律失常行临时起搏治疗的患者，共312例。其中，男160例，女152例，年龄24～93岁，平均（62＆#177;8．5）岁。根据植入临时电极不同，分成两组，普通电极组和漂浮电极组。对比两组电极操作时间、以及所测试的起搏参数（阈值、感知）、电极起搏位置和电极移位发生率。结果球囊漂浮电极组与普通电极组比较，起搏参数包括阈值、感知以及电极移位发生率未见明显统计学差异，P＞0．05。然而电极操作时间和电极到位率比较，差异具有统计学意义，P＜0．05。结论球囊漂浮电极与普通电极比较，具有相同的起搏的阈值、感知和电极移位发生率，以及相近的电极操作时间。为临床安全有效的临时起搏治疗方法。Objective To investigate the clinical differences between a common electrode and a balloon floating in the application of temporary pacing electrode. Methods From 2006 January to 2014 June admitted to our hospital because of slow arrhythmia for temporary pacing in patients, a total of 312 cases. Among them, male 160 cases, female 152 cases, age 24 -93 years old （62 ±8.5 ）. According to the different temporary electrode implantation, divided into two groups, the common electrode group and a floating electrode group. Comparison of two groups of electrode operation time, and test the pacing parameters （threshold, perception）, pacing electrode position and electrode displacement incidence. Results The balloon tipped floating electrode group and a common electrode groups, pacing parameters including threshold, perception, and electrode displacement incidence rate of non-significant difference, P 〉 0. 05. However, the electrode operation time and electrode in place rate comparison, with statistically significant difference, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusions Balloon floating electrode and the common electrode ball, with the same pacing threshold, perception and electrode displacement incidence, and similar electrodeoperating time, for temporary pacing clinical safe and effective treatment method.
