品管圈在降低护生针刺伤发生率的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨"品管圈"活动在降低护生针刺伤发生率的效果。方法 2014年2—7月成立品管圈,确立活动主题,开展品管圈活动,分析护生针刺伤发生的原因,制定措施并加以实施,比较活动前后护生的针刺伤发生率。结果品管圈活动后,护生的针刺伤发生率由27.6%下降至19.5%。结论品管圈活动能提高护生职业防护意识和能力,有效降低操作练习中的针刺伤发生率。Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle for reducing incidence of needlestick injuries in nursing students. Methods Established the quality control circle from February to July 2014, established themes, carr/ed out activity, analyzed reasons of nursing students＂ sneedlestick injuries, established and implemented measures,then compared the incidence of nursing students＇sneedlestick injuries before and after the activity. Results After carrying out quality control circle, nursing students＇sneedlestick injuries incidence is significantly decreased from 27.6% to19.5%. Conclusions Quality Control Circle can effectively improve the nursing students＂ awareness and ability of occupational defense, and reduce the incidence of needlestick injuries during the practice activity.
