冰敷后拔针在直接动静脉穿刺血液透析中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的观察拔针前冰敷局部血管在直接动静脉穿刺透析中的应用效果。方法将80例通过直接动静脉穿刺方式行血透治疗的患者随机分为两组,观察组和对照组各40例,透析结束拔针时分别采用传统拔针法和冰敷拔针法,观察两组患者按压止血时间、皮下淤血、拔针疼痛感。结果观察组按压止血时间、皮下淤血发生率、拔针疼痛感明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冰敷局部血管后再拔针的方法缩短了按压止血时间、降低了皮下淤血发生率,减轻了拔针疼痛感。Objective To analyze the effect of icing treatment in directly artery and intravenous puncture of patients undergoing hemodialysis . Methods 80 patients with arteriovenous direct puncture undergoing hemodialysis were randomized into observation group （n=40） and control group （n=40）.Patients in observation group were applied by icing before stubbsing the fistula needle , and the fistula needle were stubbsed directly in control group .Pressing the bleeding time , subcutaneous congestion , pain index of two groups were recorded and compared.Results Effective differences among observation group and control groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Icing treatment can significantly shorten pressing the bleeding time and relieve congestion and pain , which is worthy of promotion for its significant efficacy .
