摘 要:目的采用淋洗液在线发生-离子色谱法测定饮用水中消毒副产物氯酸盐(Cl O-3)的浓度。方法选用Ion Pac ASl9色谱柱,以淋洗液自动发生装置在线产生的高纯度KOH作淋洗液,通过抑制型电导检测器进行检测,考察了淋洗液浓度、流速、电流量对分离氯酸盐(Cl O-3)的影响情况。结果在KOH淋洗液的浓度为20 mmol/L、流速为1.0 ml/min、电流量为50 m A、进样量为250μl的色谱条件下,Cl O-3与共存离子的分离效果良好,保留时间为9.067 min。该方法对Cl O-3的检出限为0.44μg/L,在浓度为5μg/L^800μg/L具有良好的线性关系(y=0.001 1x-0.007 3,r=0.999 1),精密度高(相对标准偏差RSD<3.71%),加标平均回收率为87.36%~110.32%。结论该方法操作简单,分离效果良好,灵敏度高,重现性好,适合于饮用水中氯酸盐的测定。Objective To detect the disinfection by- products,chlorate( ClO3^-),in drinking water using on- line eluent generator. Methods Ion Pac AS19 eluent automatic generator and suppressed conductivity detector were chosen to produce eluent on line and investigate the effects of eluent concentration,flow rate and the electric current on chromatographic separation. Results The separation effect of chlorate ions with coexisting ions were good within 9. 067 min under the circumstance of eluent KOH 20 mmol / L,1. 0 ml / min,the electric current 50 m A,and 250 μl of sample injection. The detection limit for ClO3^-was0. 44 μg / L. This method had good linearity( y = 0. 0011x- 0. 0073,r = 0. 999 1) in the range of 5 μg / L- 800 μg / L with high precision [relative standard deviation( RSD) 〈3. 71% ],and the average recoveries of the samples were 87. 36%-110. 32%. Conclusion This method has a simple operation procedure,good separation results,high sensitivity and good repeatability. It can be used as a standard method for the detection of chlorate in drinking water.
