摘  要:目的通过对比试验验证干化学法检测血红蛋白的准确性和稳定性。方法收集160例全血样品,分别用干化学法与氰化高铁法进行血红蛋白的检测,并对2种方法的检测结果进行分析比较。结果通过对120例有效样本数据的分析,干化学法(使用3台MissionHb血红蛋白分析仪)与氰化高铁法(使用2100型分光光度计)测得的血红蛋白数据进行配对t检验和回归分析,P>0.05,说明测量结果之间的差异均不具有统计学意义。结论干化学法检测结果准确,使用的仪器小巧轻便,操作容易,对检测人员无特殊的技术要求,同时能大量减少医疗废弃物,在很大程度上弥补了氰化高铁法的不足。干化学法检测血红蛋白非常适合在流动性强的健康体检中推广使用。Objective By comparing with cyanmethemoglobin,to verify the accuracy and stability of dry chemical method to detect hemoglobin. Methods Collecting 160 cases of whole blood samples,using the two methods to detect hemoglobin respectively,and comparatively analyzing the results. Results Through analyzing 120 cases of effective sample data,the hemoglobin data acquired from dry chemistry( using 3 sets of Mission Hb hemoglobin analyzer) and cyanmethemoglobin method was paired and conducted for t- test and regression analysis,P 〉0. 05,which showed no statistical significance on the difference between measure results. Conclusion Dry chemical method is accurate and easier to operate,the instrument is smaller and lighter,has no special technical requirements for operators,meanwhile,which produces less medical waste and can make up for most defects of cyanmethemoglobin method. So it is very suitable for the spread and use in mobile health examination.
