摘 要:目的建立直接测定饮用水中6种常见阳离子的离子色谱法。方法选用Metrosep C 2-150阳离子分析色谱柱,以0.75 mmol/L吡啶二羧酸-2.0 mmol/L硝酸作为淋洗液,流速为0.6 ml/min,进样量为20μl。结果 Li+:0.10 mg/L^2.50 mg/L,Na+:2.00 mg/L^50.0 mg/L,NH+4:0.10 mg/L^2.50 mg/L,K+:0.80 mg/L^20.0 mg/L,Ca2+:0.40 mg/L^10.0 mg/L,Mg2+:0.40 mg/L^10.0 mg/L,浓度范围内各待测物线性关系良好(r>0.999);对应方法的最小检出限分别为0.006 mg/L、0.031 mg/L、0.021 mg/L、0.126 mg/L、0.030 mg/L、0.049 mg/L;水样中6种阳离子的浓度分别为2.136 mg/L、15.49 mg/L、1.972 mg/L、5.676 mg/L、7.614 mg/L、3.147 mg/L时,连续6次平行测定,其相对标准偏差分别为0.822%、0.656%、2.58%、2.91%、1.29%、2.57%,加标平均回收率在99.6%~104.5%。结论用离子色谱法直接测定饮用水中的6种常见阳离子,该法操作简单、快捷、环保,具有较高的灵敏度和准确度,实验结果令人满意。Objective To establish an ion chromatography for direct determination of six common cations in drinking water.Methods Metrosep C 2- 150 cation column was used to analyze chromatographic column and 0. 75 mmol / L pyridine dicarboxylic acid or- 2. 0 mmol / L nitric acid as eluent and the flow rate was 0. 6 ml / min with an injection of 20 μl. Results A good linear relationship( r 〉0. 999) was obtained when the concentration was 0. 10 mg / L- 2. 50 mg / L Li^+,2. 00 mg/L- 50. 0 mg/L Na^+,0. 10 mg/L-2. 50 mg/L NH4^+,0. 80 mg/L-20. 0 mg/L K^+,0. 40 mg/L- 10. 0 mg/L Ca^2+,0. 40 mg/L- 10. 0 mg/L Mg^2+. The minimum detection limits were 0. 006 mg / L、0. 031 mg / L、0. 021 mg / L、0. 126 mg / L、0. 030 mg / L、0. 049 mg / L,respectively. When concentrations of the above six cations in water sample were separately 2. 136 mg / L,15. 49 mg / L,1. 972 mg / L,5. 676 mg / L,7. 614 mg / L,3. 147 mg / L,of which the relative standard deviations were respectively 0. 822%,0. 656%,2. 58%,2. 91%,1. 29%,2. 57% during the continuous six parallel determinations. Meanwhile,the average recovery rates were between 99. 6% and 104. 5%. Conclusion This method,direct determination of six common cations in drinking water with ion chromatography,is simple,fast,environment- friendly,with high sensitivity and accuracy. The experimental results were satisfying.
