摘 要:真空锅炉由于其安全可靠、效率高、热媒温度灵活可变等优点目前在暖通空调和锅炉研究领域饱受青睐。然而基于真空锅炉换热机理、结构性能优化的研究甚少。本文从增强换热稳定性、强化凝结换热、提高能量利用效率等方面对影响真空锅炉整体性能的因素进行系统的分析,提出从降低管束冷凝阶段的管束效应、改变蒸汽与冷凝液逆流的格局、增大蒸汽的干度三个方面来提高换热过程的稳定性,并提出将热泵系统应用于烟气冷凝系统。The latest development of the vacuum boiler technology was tentatively reviewed. The discussions included but did not limit to the challenging research projects: i) heightening its stability of heat exchange,ii) intensifying its heat-exchange via condensation,and iii) increasing its energy utilization efficiency. We concluded that three approaches significantly enhance the heat-exchange stability,one is to weaken the bundle effect in the bundle condensation; the second is to change the counter-flow patterns of both the steam and condensate; and the third is to improve the steam quality. We suggest that application of a dedicated heat-pump to the flue gas condensation system may significantly lower the heat-sink temperature. The development trends,mechanisms responsible for heat transfer,and structural optimization were also briefly discussed in a though provoking way.
