摘  要:目的研究甘青铁线莲Clematis tangutica全草的黄酮类成分。方法甘青铁线莲全草经乙醇提取,依次用石油醚、水饱和正丁醇萃取,对正丁醇部位采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶色谱及半制备型HPLC等方法进行分离,根据理化性质和波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离并鉴定了6个黄酮苷类化合物,分别为芹菜素-7-O-β-D-(-6''-p-香豆酰基)-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、异荭草素(3)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(4)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)和芹黄春(6)。结论化合物1为首次从铁线莲属中获得,所有化合物均为首次从该种植物中获得。Objective To determine the flavonoid glycosides constituents from the whole plants of Clematis tangutica. Methods Clematis tangutica was extracted with Et OH under reflux, and then extracted with petroleum ether and n-Bu OH. The chemical constituents of n-Bu OH extract were isolated by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, and semi-preparative HPLC column chromatography. The structures were elucidated by spectral analysis and chemical properties. Results Six flavonoid glycosides were isolated and elucidated as apigenin-7-O-β-D-(-6''-p-coumaroyl)-glucopyranoside(1), quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2), isoorientin(3), quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside(4), luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5) and apigetrin(6). Conclusion Compound 1 has been obtained from the genus Clematis tangutica for the first time, while all compounds have been isolated from Clematis tangutica for the first time.
