摘  要:目的优选营心宁胶囊三七与红参的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re及人参皂苷Rb1为检测指标,考察料液比、提取时间、提取次数对各成分提取量的影响。结果营心宁胶囊中三七与红参最佳水提工艺为:加入8倍量水,提取3次,每次1 h。结论优选的水提工艺简便易行,重现性好,皂苷类成分提取量最高,适合大生产。Objective To optimize the water extraction of notoginseng and red ginseng in Yingxinning capsules. Methods The contents of notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rb1 were detected. The effects of the ratio of water to herbal medicine material, the process time and the repeat times of extraction were evaluated by orthogonal test. Results The optimum conditions of water extraction were as follows: water to herbal medicine material 8 : 1, process for 1 hour and repeat 3 times. Conclusion The optimum condition of water extraction is simple and reproducible.
