摘　　要：分析了旧工业建筑的概况,对旧工业建筑改造保留的必要性进行了阐述,并对节地、节能、节水、节材等绿色节能技术进行了介绍,结合具体案例探讨了绿色节能技术在旧工业建筑改造中的应用策略,以创造出健康、高效、环保的建筑。The paper describes old industrial architectural conditions,describes old industrial architectural transformation reservation necessity,introduces land saving,energy saving,water saving and material saving and other green energy-saving technologies,and finally explores application strategies of green energy-saving technology in old industrial architectural transformation with specific cases,with a view to create healthy,high efficient and environmental protecting building.
